Black History Month recipe book

In October our chefs at the Healthy Living Kitchen celebrated Black History Month by cooking meals from African, Caribbean and Afro-Latin cultures.

We made so many delicious recipes inspired by cuisines as diverse as Ethiopian, Cuban, Jamaican, Ghanaian, Zimbabwean and more.

Now you can make these recipes yourself at home. With the kind permission of the chefs involved we've produced a Black History Month recipe ebook.

To give you a taste of the book recipes include Tomi's plantain burgers, Safiya's red pea soup, Diane and Sharone's okra and ackee wraps and Shemeika's callaloo and hard food.

Our Black History Month ebook is available to download now - we would appreciate a donation of £5 towards our work if you are able to.
