Cook Jamaican at Home: Join our Live cook-along

On Wednesday 16th September at 12pm, Shemeika, one of our members will be hosting a live online cooking lesson - straight from her kitchen to yours, where she will show us how to make the Jamaican dishes of callalloo and 'hard food'.

Please go to the Healthy Living Platform's Youtube on Wednesday, when you can cook along with her, or watch the session and cook the dish after (her recipe will also be available on our website after). Please show your support by telling us you've joined. By joining live, Shemeika will be able to answer any questions you have. The lesson will also be available to play back.

1 small yam
3 cups of plain flour

1 teaspoon of black pepper
