Pancake Day at HLP! 🍎

Yesterday's Pancake Day was a joyous occasion, with our Food Ambassadors and the help of Yasmin and Jon, creating a delightful pancake feast at Myatts and Jubilee Pantries.

Our Food Ambassadors showcased their culinary talents, turning the kitchen into a hub of creativity and joy, flipping and tossing pancakes with finesse.

The event brought the community together, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere while some awaited their turn to shop at the Pantry.

The day was elevated with a range of toppings, from classic lemon and sugar to exotic choices like strawberries, cherry compote, tropical compote, honey, yoghurt, and bananas. Many returned for seconds and thirds as it was just so delicious!

Pancake Day was a fantastic blend of community, joy, and deliciousness, thanks to our dedicated Food Ambassadors, volunteers and staff.
