This recipe is by food ambassador Roselyn and has been a hit at many of our events. Roselyn says: ‘I grew up in Guyana seeing my family and friends making it and grew to love the different flavours – different from the stir fries you get in the UK. It’s healthy, quick and very filling’.

Method

  1. Boil the water, once boiling add the noodles and cook according to packet instructions (normally 10 minutes).

  2. Chop the peppers as finely as you can.

  3. In a large pan or wok, sautee the peppers and mixed frozen veg for about 8 minutes.

  4. Stir through the all purpose seasoning, soy sauce and black pepper.
