Sweetcorn, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 x 400g tin black beans, drained and rinsed
250g fresh sweetcorn, cooked (tinned, fresh or frozen)
1 avocado, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped, optional
1 onion, chopped
1 lime, juiced
fresh coriander, chopped
This delicious sweetcorn, black bean and avocado salad is inspired by Brazilian ingredients and flavours. A delicious side or healthy lunch. We hope that this zingy, fresh-tasting salad will encourage you to try it.
Method
Place the beans, sweetcorn, avocado, chilli, onion and lime juice in a large bowl and mix well.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander.
